llvm-devel / dragonegg new ports

Okay folks,
so there is three new ports.
One is llvm-devel revived;
Next is dragonegg-devel, effectively installing dragonegg{45|46}.so according to a variant gcc45 or gcc46;
Last is dragonegg, a metaport for common installation of both the formers. 

Portfiles appended. Comments?
