maintainer timeout: subport py-mysql

I would like to claim maintainer timeout for #32518.

I do not use py-mysql directly but am working on ports that require it and I wanted a newer version.
Not being familiar with py-mysql I am for someone to test the patches or to have the blessing of wiser maintainers.
