rsync mirrors

I'm using rsync://rsync.macports.org/release/ports/ [default] for the selfupdate, but the updated portfiles (for radlib and wview) aren't getting updated with the new versions. The new versions do appear to be fine in the subversion repository. Any ideas what I might have done wrong?
