Does qt4-mac implicitly request for +quartz variants of dependent ports?

They probably both exist to be a bit more user-friendly:
 * if you want quartz use +quartz
 * if you want x11 use +x11

If you see a portfile with +no_ still, feel free to add code to require -x11.
