buildbot: no matching port found for mesa

Right, in r83129. I did that because in r83096 Jeremy updated the port from 7.11-rc3 to 7.11 and forgot to increase the epoch. In these cases I've always just increased the epoch before. Is that now no longer ok? Should I increase the epoch and revision in the future?
