sshguard-ipfw replaced_by sshguard (was: [MacPorts] #28523: sshguard-ipfw @1.4 request to update port to version 1.5)

I just added "replaced_by sshguard" to the sshguard-ipfw port so now "sudo port sync" followed by "sudo port upgrade outdated" should upgrade anyone with sshguard-ipfw @1.4_0 installed to sshguard @1.5_1.
