Apache httpd 2.2.x -> 2.4.x : status

_Apache2_port_
1a) fix the 2.2.x patches to work with 2.4.x
    !!!DONE!!! and working

1b) create a new MacPorts layout that doesn't violate the mtree
    !!!DONE!!! and working

1c) create a Debian/Ubuntu layout for the httpd conf files
    a layout has been found and is under evaluation
    & conversion to work under MacPorts

_mod-*_ports_
2a) test the mod_* for compliance with httpd 2.4.x
    !!!DONE!!! for the active mod_*

2b) pathc mod_* ports
    the active ones have been patched
    they haven't been brought into the mtree yet

2c) create a PortGroup for the mod_* ports

_www_websites_
3a) create a PortGroup for the www websites

3b) bring consistency into the www websites by using the www PortGroup
