You should add a note to the Portfile to remind yourself that if you ever want to update the revision of version 2.2.1 you must skip revision 1 and go to revision 2 since revision 1 was already used.

To avoid this confusion, probably best in the future if you forget to reset the revision to 0 when updating the version to just let it be until the next version.
