Anything else for 2.1.3?

I'd like to see these configure.compiler changes rolled in:

r101216 - Low risk, helpful for debugging
r101498 - Update macports-llvm-gcc-4.2 to reflect changes in the port
r101933 - dragonegg compilers options
r102154 - Fix a bug I just noticed in r101933
