All of macports.org is having a DNS problem. The services are up, the problem is the DNS server is not providing the name resolution. Our IT department is investigating. 

In the meantime, if you really need to see the websites, you can use the IPs:

www: http://17.251.224.55/
trac: http://17.251.224.56/
svn: http://17.251.224.54/repository/macports/
