Reinstalling Macports fails

From source. What happened is that I bought a brand new 2013 MBAir and migrated my data on it. MacPorts got copied over, but ‘port’ suddenly failed with the error I reported. So I tried to recompile from source (trunk) and got the same error…

I’ll keep trying. Thanks for your help!
