Now that's an interesting idea. So, if I understand it correctly, this
work would be outlined as:
- split out gfortran / gcj into subports
- remove fortran / java references from 'port select'
- create corresponding 'port select' for fortran / java
- remove fortran / java concept from 'macports-compiler'
* add a fortran / java specific one?
- go through all 337 ports that use 'macports-gcc' and fix up the
fortran compiler
Does that sound about right?
