[MacPorts] #40852: qt4-mac does not build on OS X 10.9 Mavericks or later

Probably because rsync's -C option gets used at one point. But a half
meg file in the ports tree isn't a great idea to begin with. Is it
really impossible to build from source *and* unavailable for download
anywhere?
