[MacPorts] #40852: qt4-mac does not build on OS X 10.9 Mavericks or later

Probably because rsync's -C option gets used at one point. But a half
meg file in the ports tree isn't a great idea to begin with. Is it
really impossible to build from source *and* unavailable for download
anywhere?

>>  OK; thanks. The file libWebKitSysteminterfaceMavericks.a is indeed not part of the rsync tarball. I'll query the list as to what the best way is to get binary files like this one inserted into a build.
