clang-3.6 build failure

Hi,

Trying 

#> sudo port -v destroot clang-3.6 -assertions-arm_runtime

I get a failure on libcompiler_rt.a not being found. Thoughts? Any chance this could have been because of the configure.optflags="-O3 -march=native" I added?
(A question I could answer myself, I know, but that would take hours to answer...)
