Ticket #42390 -- OpenCV

Sorry to be a bother, but could someone take a look at ticket #42390 [1]
and possibly apply the patch? (It's been over one week.)

The patch attached to the ticket removes a post-destroot step, which
moves OpenCV's CMake configuration files (similar to pkg-config files)
to a location that CMake doesn't look in normally.
