revision bump for netcdf and netcdf-*

Hi all and Sean,

I have the impression the netcdf and netcdf-* would requires a revision bump. This is due to the MPI changes and probably affects only installations with the `+openmpi` variant. However, if these were active the upgrade is not clean.

With some manual wiggling this is solved, but I guess it is not very user-friendly.
