Why oxygen-icons port requires qt4-mac & phonon?

Hi Marko - Because it uses the kde4 1.1 PortGroup :)  Seems like if the
port is "noarch" and is KDE related, then maybe it does not need those
dependencies?  I don't use this port, nor the rest of KDE (at least at
this time). - MLD
