How identify and remove leftover files on buildbots?

Hi guys,

so, I think I’ve fixed this with [1] for now.

I think, I should be able to remove the pre-activate phase right away and commit the change without revbumping the port, right?

Thanks for all your feedback!!!   (I know, I chose the easy way out with this commit!)
