In that case, I would tend to avoid touching the qt4 portgroup directly,
as it is relevant to a lot of other softwares than just kde.
We could however think of making the kde4 portgroup independent of the
qt4 one, by just using the parts which are useful to kde, without
importing the whole portgroup, and not include the part about the debug
variant.
