Port ifeffit needs a patch review

Hi folks.


Could someone please review and commit the patch for port ifeffit found at https://trac.macports.org/ticket/48517 ?  I'm not sure how we got there, but the checksums are now broken in the committed port file. There's a patch posted with the ticket.


If this isn't the right way to ask for commits, I welcome gentle corrections; I'm new as a Port maintainer.
