OpenCoarrays @1.0 ticket idle (Ticket 47806)

Two weeks ago, OpenCoarrays lead developer Alessandro Fanfarillo submitted an updated draft of the proposed Portfile for installing OpenCoarrays (www.opencoarrays.org).  See https://trac.macports.org/ticket/47806.

There has been no response.  Could someone please tell us whether the OpenCoarrays Portfile will be incorporated into MacPorts?
