Warnings when parsing hdfeos5 Portfile

I added the warning. The use of mpi_active_variant_name in this Portfile
apparently fails, so yes it should be changed in the Portfile to not
trigger the warning. We had discussed this on the list about a month ago,
regarding also the cdo and ncarg ports.
