Wrong information displayed in some trac pages

Hi.

The changeset page for r132349
https://trac.macports.org/changeset/132349
incorrectly shows that the changeset added a new file, while the 
corresponding unified diff
https://trac.macports.org/changeset/132349?format=diff&new=132349
correctly shows that a preexisting file was changed.

In the page of that changed file
https://trac.macports.org/browser/trunk/dports/python/py-python-poppler-qt4/Portfile
the previous, next and latest revision links work correctly, while the 
blame and revision log pages show only the latest revision.

Why is this happening?
