Wait, are you actually using `$prefix` verbatim in the sources.conf? You're supposed
to replace that with your MacPorts prefix. I didn't even expect it to be expanded,
and I'd actually say that's a bug.

If you want it to use SVN instead, no. If you want it to stop from syncing at all
you can add the [nosync] tag, e.g. in combination with [default] as [default,nosync].
