Exactly.  Mojca has been trying to talk directly with the upstream 
developer by email to clarify whether we should even carry the ifeffit 
ports at all or just go directly to Larch.  By the way, the tags 1.2.12, 
1.2.13 and 1.2.final all point to the same commit.
