It's okay. Installing jpeg-turbo is not feasable for users currently anyway
because all other ports are still hard-depending upon jpeg, so changing qt4-mac
won't change anything, really.

Also, Mike put jpeg as the default port, which avoids rebuilds due to
rev-upgrade (something that would have occurred with defaulting to libjpeg-turbo.)
