Create a new category named 'kf5' for KDE's KF5?

Hi devs,

as the "KDE Frameworks 5" (KF5) are still under heavy development, we can expect that
KF5-based software will have to coexist with KDE4 for quite some time to come.

I wonder now, whether these KF5 frameworks could get their own category 'kf5', or whether
they should also go into category 'kde'.

I'd like to put all KF5 stuff into trunk/dports/kf5/ instead of trunk/dports/kde/.
In any case, thoguh, I would have to prefix all ports with 'kf5-' since many frameworks
keep the names of the KDE4-counterparts.

Any objections? Or are there rules for creation of categories which I am not aware of?

Greets,
Marko
