Create a new category named 'kf5' for KDE's KF5?

I don't think we should create any more category directories. Frankly, we have too many categories as is.
If you really want to create a "kf5" category, I'd prefer you put the ports in dports/kde and use "kd5" as a supplementary category (e.g., specify "categories kde kf5").
