Volunteer to upgrade GhostScript

Indeed this one is a mess. I ran into two problems:

1) The move of mapping-resources-pdf files to github.
   Never mind the un-versioned files, and the ?raw=true appended to the download URL:
   The MacPorts extract phase sure doesn’t like to have .tar.gz files side by side with .zip files. 
   I worked around this by repackaging both files as .tar.gz archives, and putting them on my server.

2) There is a build issue with zlib. ghostscript needs the source, not the libraries. Fortunately, the included version of zlib is current.

My Portfile for ghostscript 9.16 is @


Predictably this update will break a number of ports. In my case I had to rebuild

gimp2, ImageMagick, and libspectre

There likely to be many more…
