#49007: openssh +ldns SSHFP DNSSEC validation fails

There doesn't appear to be a current openssh maintainer, so I'm not 
really sure how to get the patch committed.  Defect has been languishing 
for more than a month...

I've updated the patch for openssh7.1p1, and will be submitting the 
patch upstream (but it's a OSX only fix...)
