Looks good. Only thing is the somewhat weasel-worded apology (a pet
peeve of mine):

"We would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may cause."

If there is to be an apology of any sort, a more direct expression of
the sentiment might be:

"We apologize for the inconvenience this presents."
