Thank you for reviewing fpc Portfile.

> What is the reason for these lines?

The build system of fpc checks MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET and simply halts with a large number regarding it as unknown.

> MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET as an environment variable in all phases, to the value of the ${macosx_deployment_target} variable.

Now I see why build.env doesn’t work for MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET.
