[MacPorts] #51547: xorg-xcb-proto fails to install, bad python version check

I tried the path with

/opt/local


and 

/Volumes/OSX_10.11.3/opt/local

both fail to install, I did not change or modify any permissions and other programs that use  python2.7 run without problems

all osx have a mount point under /Volumes ,  adding the mount point should make no difference

/Volumes/OSX_10.11.3/opt/local/bin/python2.7 –version

Python 2.7.11

/opt/local/bin/python2.7 –version

Python 2.7.11
