LeopardSDKFixes on PPC

Hi,

I wanted to try the following out on a PPC:
    https://trac.macports.org/wiki/LeopardSDKFixes

I did both steps, but "__uint128_t" still doesn't work. Is that
expected given that it's just an old PPC box? (I'm aware that PPC is
not too well supported in clang, but that doesn't mean I shouldn't
experiment a bit :)
