Stray branches

Hi all,


There appear to be a few stray branches in the macports-port repo. To see them go here:
<https://github.com/macports/macports-ports>
Click on the “Branch: master” button and you will see branches named boost_update, jkh-destrootification, kevin-target-api, etc. 

Some of them appear quite old and may be leftovers from svn. Perhaps someone should clean up and delete these legacy branches?
