updated a lot of random x11/* ports

I've updated a bunch of things sourced from x.org that needed version
bumps, I've lost track of how many. The vast majority were trivial
updates, and the vast majority were for things no one really uses
(say, oclock and xpr). Please let me know if you see any problems.

There are still a bunch left, they're mostly things where the update
was non-trivial (say, there were patches that needed fixing.) There's
also still the big one, xorg-server.
