Server outage

Hi everybody,

as you may have noticed, the services hosted by braeburn (trac, website,
mailing lists, the GitHub bot, the pastebin service) have been offline
since 22:41 UTC yesterday.

This happened because the machine did not come back up after a routine
reboot due to a kernel upgrade. Rainer did a reset this morning (and
reminded me how I would have been able to do one myself) and the machine
did boot again as of 07:00 UTC.
