[github] unable to generate pull request

Your repo doesn't seem to have been created as a fork of
macports/macports-ports. How did you create it? Normally you would just
click the "Fork" button on the original repo.

I don't know if there's a way to make GitHub realise that it's a fork if
you didn't create it that way.
