[github] unable to generate pull request

Hi,

Your problem is

https://github.com/BjarneDMat/macports

is not a proper fork of the main repo

https://github.com/macports/macports-ports

This is required in order to create pull requests. You need to make a 
fork of the above (click the 'fork' button in the top right) and then 
use this.
