MacPorts For 10.15 Catalina

Hi,

Note that macports base itself works OK on 10.15. There is no installer 
(this will I guess come sometime after the first public release) but it 
works fine building from source.

specific ports, on the other hand, have a number of issues. There is no 
specific timeline for fixing these.
