Request for help in resolving issue in building ports locally

Thanks a lot Sir, the error was exactly as you had stated. While I had
checked time and again that the permissions were right, I didn't make an
attempt to migrate the repository to any place outside home directory. As
per your guidance, I made the migration and now the build steps are
happening as expected, and I'll be able to test ports before pull requests.
Thanks again for this vital assistance. Really excited to work with you all
and add value to your products!
