New py-cryptography and old macOS versions

Hi,

  I have a question about the new version of py-cryptography and
compatibility with older macOS versions.
  How to properly handle a case when a new version explicitly drops support
for older macOS?

  Excerpt from https://cryptography.io/en/latest/changelog/#v3-0:
   BACKWARDS INCOMPATIBLE: Dropped support for macOS 10.9, macOS users must
upgrade to 10.10 or newer.
