Grayed out means no info available (yet). In this case, libffi was updated to 3.3 yesterday and eighty-something ports that depend on libffi, including all versions of llvm and a few versions of clang, had to rebuilt, which took a very long time an delayed subsequent builds, such as that of blender. The web page will be updated with the status of the blender builds some time after they are done.
