I have seen intermittent failures today, also when looking at the GitHub webhook page where several commit notifications did not make it to the server due to a failure to connect.

I've made a change to my router configuration which I believe has helped. I redelivered all the failed webhooks without further failure to connect messages so I hope that has resolved the problem.
