It might not happen for the M2, but I think it's virtually guaranteed that
Apple will adopt ARMv9 at some point. With the success of the M1, it looks
like Apple will be sticking with ARM for a while, and as we all know (maybe
with the exception of their laptop cameras), Apple loves to use the newest
technology.
