Do you have any clue or any alternative explanation why llvm-9.0 would
be missing on this list?

python38 was probably the first port built in portwatcher 9920.
Its timestamp is 2020-09-07 08:14.
Ports from 9919 are probably not distributable, so we don't have any
timestamps there.
