Weird outdated state of ports (in webapp)

I see however that the server's HTTP responses do not have
Cache-Control:, Expires:, or Last-Modified: headers, so clients don't
have much to go on when deciding how long to cache the content. We could
likely get better results by setting some or all of these appropriately.
