Requesting review: libompupdate

I'm looking for anyone interested in testing the latest libomp on their
available platforms:

https://github.com/macports/macports-ports/pull/16467

This is a fairly vanilla llvm-14 -> llvm-15 update, but since every clang-*
depends upon it, I like to take a little more time before pushing the green
button.

I've been using it with no issues (12.6.1).
