How to rebuild after failed install-dependencies

The best way probably is to just ask on this devel list. A number of 
MacPorts members have accounts on the buildbots that allows us to login 
and manually trigger rebuilds.

So, just ask here, sending the list of ports you think can now be 
rebuilt as a dep is fixed...
