Build bot notifications

Hi,

I don't know about emails, but you can almost use the ports web page for 
this.

Go to

https://ports.macports.org

Sign in, and then follow the link in your profile to the ports you maintain

https://ports.macports.org/accounts/my_ports/github/

There you can get a summary of the latest builds, etc.
